It was very interesting to hear Mickey Drexler assess J.Crew’s current situation in today’s challenging retail climate.  He also took questions from analysts.

I have been trying to access J.Crew’s website for the last 30 minutes and it will not load.  This just affirms my belief that I should no longer shop online.

This article from today’s Womens Wear Daily was super refreshing to read. It seems that J.Crew is very invested in upping its customer service and reminding shoppers that they are all about us.

I just received this email from J.Crew announcing early access to the website for J.Crew card members. I think it’s kind of funny as I know many people who do not have the J.Crew card and can still view the website.
I guess they want me to feel special.
