J.Crew Discount Card

I received this 25% discount card in the mail the other day from J.Crew. The discount is valid until December 15th.

I was surprised to receive this special mailing, as I normally do not get mail from J.Crew.

The only communication I ever get via snail mail is my catalog and the occasional thank-you note from my personal shopper.

But back in September, I also received a gift card from J.Crew. I wrote about it in the post, “A Thank-You from J.Crew (for me).”

    I got one too! Not sure if I’m going to use it.

    I already took advantage of the 30-percent off sale items online for a Jacinda jacket in honey glaze.

    Mmmm… maybe I’ll get a few more ss cashmere t’s.

    This made my month. Seriously. That company is so freaking cute it kills me. :-)

    This card definitely cemented my status as a loyal J. Crew shopper.

    I received mine last week and used it a couple days ago for myself and some gifts for others. You can use it on top of sale and it’s reusable, so Yay!

    I got one also. Will probably use it although I just ordered the metallic sherbet shoes and my husband bought me the Jamie bg for Xmas. There are just too many things I like not to use it. It was a nice surprise in the mail! I agree – company is so cute.

    I didn’t get one. I sure wish I had though. *cries* Maybe you need to be a J Crew cardholder to get one. I can’t bring myself to get a J Cew card. It would be the beginning of the end for me.

    I received 2 of these cards and, if I use them, I’ll definitely only use one – they’re only valid in stores and I rarely go into stores. I’m happy to drop the other one in the mail to whoever contacts me first (Puglady?) – lwaldal at otivo dot com

    Puglady – I did not get one either and I checked with customer service. You did not have to be a card member. They just told me that I was not selected this time, but there will be future promotions and maybe I will be included in those.

    You can use it as many times as you want. If an associate tries to take it away have them call customer service as it is not a one time use card.

    I got one of the discount cards last week, and I was SO thrilled! Thank you, Mickey Drexler! I don’t know how they chose me — I don’t have a JC credit card. I had recently ordered a long puffer coat and the Renee golden roses coat, so I wondered if that had anything to do with it. I’ve read here and elsewhere that the cards were sent randomly. As I had to put down my beloved Yorkshire terrier, Rip, a week ago, I decided that I had been sent one on purpose — a crazy idea, I know. I am going to use it this week, I think.

    Has anyone had any luck using this card from the red phone?

    I know someone who was able to use it from the red phone b/c the item she wanted was not in the store.

    However, another person said when they used the red phone the CS rep said, No, and stood firmly by it!

    Very confusing shopping with JCrew!

    Hey Kathy. You can use the code online, FOJCHOLDEC9, until December 15th. It can not be combined with the current code. I hope that helps you!!

    I received one of these cards and it came in very handy during the sales! I would get 30% off and then my additional 25%! And… the best part is… you can use it as much as you want until it expires. I have used it 3 times already.
