I order a LOT from J.Crew and have ordered from the website still even though I have my PS LAuren do it for me sometimes. Why did some people get it and others not.... I have placed about 15 orders since February all with multiple pieces. Oh well.. And Jacquelyn, I LOVE Anthropologie too :) I get dresses and some to die for coats from there each year as well. I have to ration myself. Highly recommend it to all J Crewaholics as the pieces complement each other....:) This seems a bit indiscriminate. I do shop at J. Crew alot... not a ton but definitely more than your average. i.e. manager knows me, greets me by name when I walk in, shows me anything that has come in since I last visited, etc. 2 weeks ago I had an online order that J.Crew completely bungled... had to call customer service 4 times in the next week and a half to get it straightened out. I'm thinking that's the reason for the cards... promote their credit card and renew customer's trust in the brand I got one in the mail yesterday… I do shop at J.
