The Many Phone Numbers to J.Crew

I have been a J.Crew credit card holder for many years so I guess I have just gotten used to it, without realizing all of the perks associated with it. My boyfriend recently signed up for the card at our local store and his card arrived in the mail today, along with an insert explaining all of the benefits of a J.Crew card.

On that same insert, the various phone numbers to reach J.Crew are listed. I didn’t know there were so many different phone numbers to reach J.Crew. Call any one of the following phone numbers, depending on your needs.

1.800.562.0258 to reach the call center for a phone order or customer service
1.877.280.2718 to request a “We’ll find it for you” search on a hard-to-find item
1.800.205.3877 to reach a wedding specialist that can coordinate your entire wedding party
1.866.599.5222 to receive front-of-the-line priority on phone orders when using a J.Crew card
1.866.393.2090 to inquire about any of the services that J.Crew offers

Wow! I never knew that were so many phone numbers set up to help customers depending on their issue. And now that I know that J.Crew card holders have a special line, I will call it the next time I need help. I wonder how “front-of-the-line priority” the service will be.

I have used the front of the line phone number for about a year now. It really isn’t that great of a perk. Sometimes I have had to hold for 20 minutes or more using it….during busy times. Then I called the regular number and the wait was the same. Two times I got really rude CS reps as well on the priority line. One time, on the priority line as well, I got this older lady that talked so slow and “moved” so slow it took 30 minutes for her to place an order for me that had two items.

I also have used the “Front of the LIne” # and it is the exact same thing as the regular #, absolutly nothing special.

I love the priority line. Especially lately when the regular JCrew # has said they are experiencing high call volumes. Ive called the priority line and gotten right through without waiting.

I have actually had very good luck when using the We Will Find It Line and the Priority Line. The customer service representatives were very helpful and courteous.

To address Kirby’s comment, I found that they were not same experiences, I even asked the rep if there was a difference. She said yes so I always call that number now.

Thank you for posting these! My favorite washed heavyweight weekend jersey was ruined in the wash and the We Will Find it rep was so helpful on the phone. Finger’s crossed they come up with something….

Normally this is a great service and I have had nothing but good things to say about being a card holder. Currently however neither phone number is working to get through…NOT GOOD.
