		<description>I have actually had very good luck when using the We Will Find It Line and the Priority Line. The customer service representatives were very helpful and courteous. 

To address Kirby&#039;s comment, I found that they were not same experiences, I even asked the rep if there was a difference. She said yes so I always call that number now.</description>

		<description>I have used the front of the line phone number for about a year now. It really isn&#039;t that great of a perk. Sometimes I have had to hold for 20 minutes or more using it....during busy times. Then I called the regular number and the wait was the same. Two times I got really rude CS reps as well on the priority line. One time, on the priority line as well, I got this older lady that talked so slow and &quot;moved&quot; so slow it took 30 minutes for her to place an order for me that had two items.</description>
