J.Crew Sends Out Free Shipping Codes to Some Customers

This morning, J.Crew sent out emails with free shipping codes to some shoppers. Although the code is one-time use only, it doesn’t have a minimum!

Yes. I actually have three email addresses for which I received this offer. It’s nice that I can order something for $50 and get free shipping.

Chandra, you’re not alone…I’ve not received a free shipping offer either, and I am a FREQUENT J.Crew shopper. Not sure how they decide who is selected, what happened to customer loyalty?

I certainly agree with you! Where is customer loyalty? I would love to have gotten that email and did not. I am a FREQUENT shopper too! Kind of annoyed about it.
