Michelle Obama visited Palazzo del Governo in L’Aquila, Italy. She was surveying the damage to the city from an earthquake that occurred in April 2009.
For this trip, Michelle Obama wore the J.Crew cotton sateen gâteau skirt in yellow.

Bright colors look fab on her. It does look liker her skirt has an extra tier; a prototype version, maybe?

Interesting. Company’s should be careful in publisizing clips like this, it isn;’t necessarily good PR.
