Yesterday, Michelle Obama was spotted in the Deco shirred skirt from J.Crew. The First Lady wore the skirt while speaking at the Department of Veteran Affairs.

the socks on that model are grannytastic. i wish i could see where this skirt is hitting michelle, because she is tall, and this skirt looks pretty short. i am betting she had it taken down or made longer.
