I visited my local J.Crew store this weekend to take advantage of the private sale. I didn’t go to the store with any needs, but did want to check out the final sale.
To my dismay, the final sale section was lacking, but I did find so many new arrivals that I was told were apart of early holiday roll out that would be in stores next week!
How exciting is that? Here is a review of the items that I did purchase. Did you purchase any fun items during the private sale event?
When I first picked up this sweater cardigan, I thought that it was very pink. I liked the buttons so I figured there was no harm in trying it on. When I put it on, I realize there were also cute little buttons at the cuffs which were supposed to resemble little cuff links. It was this great little detail that sold me the sweater. For those who can not pull off this bright pink, the sweater also comes in gray.
I also came across a table of these tank tops with little chiffon roses on them. The tank tops are available in a variety of colors that it was so difficult to decide on just one color. I purchased this tan one, a navy one and a pink one. They are very reasonably priced and will be great under jackets. They do run small so definitely size up.
I also bought 2 more pencil skirts. I really love the fit of the pencil skirts at J.Crew this season. I already have the Metallic Cloque Pencil Skirt and Sparkle Plaid Tweed Pencil Skirt. I purchased a skirt in black metallic tweed. In the photo above, it is the one in the back. I also purchased a cute black skirt with a bow in the front. I absolutely love this skirt! It is so girly and also has pockets. I can’t wait to wear my new purchases!
