Rosette tee, $195.00, Item 14855
I recently tried on the Rosette tee from J.Crew at my local store. From far away, the rosette tee just looks likes a blue mess. Up close, you can see that the flowers are actually very intricate. A lot of work went into this piece, but it is a pass for me.
In case you are interested, I took my normal size in this tee. It also hits at the hips.
Have you tried on this top? What are your thoughts on the Rosette tee?

Maria says: It was one of the things I thought I would buy from the new arrivals with the recent 20% off. However, I was able to try it on in the Soho store and it sort of looked flat on me (it looked better on the website). I’m petite and I think it was overwhelming on me. It would look fab on someone taller. It is very well made and I loved the intricate details. I think it is well-priced compared to a comparable Leifsdottir blouse for example. I actually like the more unique pieces that Jcrew is turning out like the Milla tank. I would rather buy one good piece than many thin tees and cardigans I can buy elsewhere.
