I also think it is a bit too tent-y for my tastes. On the other hand, the girls’ Prunella coat is awesome. I’d take that in an adult size!

I still like the look of it, but like everyone is saying, it is hard to tell how the cut will fit different body types – I am a bit afraid it will be a bit too tent-like. Also, the orange houndstooth has a belt at the back in photos, which gives it some more shape, but the solid colors don’t seem to have this belt…? Maybe whoever buys it first can post

I actually just found out I’m pregnant and I’m considering purchasing this coat to take me through the winter. I think the shape is cute enough to wear post-pregnancy too. I think that I will most likely purchase one of the solid colors….the houndstooth is a little too loud for me.

Raina, you do bring up a good point. And if you are flat chested, you couldn’t really wear a chunky sweater under this coat.

On the model, it looks like maternity wear. High buttons are difficult to pull off unless you’re flat-chested. I bet it would look much better worn open.

This coat is too cute, even though I don’t think I could pull it off! The orange-y color is very fall-esque and I love the texture of the fabric and the shape…it seems to be flattering for any body. If you get it, let us know how you like it!
