J.Crew sent out an email to card holders to remind them of the Personal Shopper service they offer. (In these economic times, I am not sure how many J.Crew customers require a personal shopper.)

Jean says: I do not have a personal shopper but would be interested in hearing about others’ experiences. I wonder if I would feel pressured to buy more or uncomfortable having a “stranger” telling me how it really looks. Have others found a personal shopper beneficial?
Allison says: My room mate is a personal shopper at one of the San Francisco stores. If anyone is interested in setting up an appointment in San Francisco at either store, I can give you a suggestion as to who you might consider requesting! We have some great people both downtown and at the Stonestown store.
