Yes, and take a look at the shoe section - just about ALL the shoes except the very newest arrivals are on sale - and it is not final sale!! So you can try and send back if you don’t like them

What makes me the most mad is that their website sometimes doesn’t work, like today. It just keeps loading and then it says we’ll be back soon. It is very irritating since that happened a few times already and I ended up not buying anything.
Wish they could “work” on the website later at night and not during the day. And not to mention some of the ridiculous prices they have, especially for cashmere. Wish they could lower their prices a bit, especially in these economic times, so this 20% off doesn’t really cut it.

Holiday styles are the looks they have out for the holidays…party wear.
Crewcuts is the kids line of clothes that JCrew sells:) Adorable stuff I might add:)

James, yes, pretty much the extra 20 works for all sale stuff in the sale section online - put the things in your shopping bag and it will discount those items at checkout. It also works for things on sale in J.Crew stores through Monday too. Hope our comments help. FYI they are pretty much having some type of sale all the time. If you miss this one, in a few days there will probably be a new one for free shipping or something, also if you go in the stores make sure you ask if anything is on promotion or on sale, as they don’t put many signs up!!

James - it’s ‘Holiday Sale’ right now, which means Fall sale has ended. I would keep checking - sadly daily if you really want the best choices.And know that sooner or later they will switch to “Final Sale” which means you cannot return sale items for refund or exchange. There is usually some great stuff from the Fall Winter Collection at great prices in the After Xmas/New Year Final Sale, but as I said, things tend to change daily, and with the economy this year, they seem to be doing things a little differently so if you want the best choices check the site. Even if you sign up for their emails, you often don’t get them until after the site has been updated with new sale stock and often with new markdowns/coupon codes.

i’ve actually never been to a jcrew factory store. there’s one 40 mins away from where i live in a huge outlet mall…do they sell things that are specially made for the factory store or is it last year’s stuff?

I have never been to one either but from what I have heard it is mainly stuff made for the factory store. They do carry popular items remade for them from the sesason before…I heard they had the Bella jacket this year that was popular last year but at the factory store it was not fully lined nor as nice a fabric as the regular JCrew one. However, I have also heard they do carry some bits and bobs of JCrew’s regular line. I think it just depends on the outlet you go too.
