I'm trying to figure out when to venture into the city for this .... first day for more selection OR second or third day for better deals ... hmmm. Also, I wonder if we need to get there early before the sale starts to stand in line? I wish I knew someone who was proficient at shopping sample sales who could give some advice! If there are lines outside, I hope it's not 10 degrees and windy like it was the last January we went into the city! Most companies like to pretend they don't even have sample sales. I have been to ones at SSS and others in the past, I would guess they will have fall/holiday 08 merchandise, all sizes, not necessarily "samples" so much as overstock.
