Good morning everyone! First of all, I wanted to take the time to thank everyone who has really contributed to this blog and has made it as successful as it is.
I have been on the web for only a few months and have many readers, new and returning ones, everyday. My boyfriend coerced me into finding a topic that I love and write about it. I just so happened to choose J.Crew. I didn’t care if no one even read this blog; I knew that it would be for me. But I love that I have readers from all around the US, even all around the world.
This all so very exciting for me. As a recent college graduate who is very interested in social media, this blog has taught me that I can have a voice.
With that said, I understand that there are many blogs about the same topics on the internet. And when it comes to J.Crew, there are many blogs out there. I know that mine is not the only one.
Just to set the record straight, I do not comment on J.Crew Aficionada and yes, I know that it exists. I did purchase the domain www.jcrewaficionada.com with the initial idea that I could work with the blogger of the other website. This only cost $7 and an independently hosted domain allows for more freedom as you may noticed I have snow on my current site.
And when comments that I do not write are brought to my attention from my readers, it saddens me that people think I would stoop down to this level. I hardly have time to sleep, let alone lurk around causing chaos in other online communities.
Please feel free to stop by, leave a message or email me. But please do not defame or slander me. Comments that do not contribute to the topic will be deleted. I work a full-time job and keep up with this blog as a hobby I really enjoy.
I love J.Crew and will continue to update this blog. Please visit if you enjoy it, but please do not read if you don’t.
It’s really as easy as that. With the troubles in today’s world, it’s really not necessary to create so much hostility on the internet.

So glad I found you! Thought I was the only one who was ubercrazy about J.Crew. I love this! Cannot wait to be a part of your blog community. Just ordered the wool herringbone Ella dress in dark peony to wear with my dusty pink Mary Jane spectator peep toes. Might throw on a melon cardigan with a metallic belt for pizzaz! There are lots of fab shoes on sale right now. Can’t make up my mind!. I’m lovin this ladies!

Leigh, I do not read many blogs. But I really do appreciate everything you do here on this site and all the good info that comes out of it. And I am bummed for you that what seems to be a bunch of haters has come and disrupted your little corner of the world. People just stink sometimes and it sucks that you feel the need to defend yourself.
I hope you realize that most of us who frequent your blog can tell just from the way you communicate that it wouldn’t be in you to try and drag down someone else’s blog or whatever such silliness people are accusing you of. And to all the people who are stirring up crap and drama here, please take it somewhere else. We don’t want it here.

Leigh, thank you for taking the time to post this. It is also my hope that loyal readers from this blog can trust and respect that there are readers who truly enjoy both your blog and Alexis’ blog, without any hostility or ill intent. When the posts fly on either end that divide readers into “us” and “them”, it only serves to fan the flames further. I would love to see this stop, on both sides. I know you would, too.

I’m a Crew nut as well. I love reading your blog and have found it entertaining and really informative. Unfortunately there are always people that are jealous and therefore feel the need to make nasty comments. There are more of us out here that love and appreciate what you are doing than those who want to bash your work. Keep up the good work.
