There are many J.Crew lovers out there, hence, there are many J.Crew brides out there. Below are the two new dresses added to J.Crew’s current Wedding Collection. For previous wedding dress reviews, click here.
The Berry-trim Nathalie gown is one of J.Crew’s more reasonably priced wedding gowns. At just under $900, it is not a budget breaker. I love the strapless silhouette with the berry detailing. The dress also has a fitted bodice with on-seam pockets. This is a great detail for the bride who needs to stash away an extra lip gloss or two.

The Luxe drapey jacquard Turner gown is a very classic dress. I love the open neckline, yet there are straps for added support. The fabric is a white version of the Metallic Jardin Dress, which is now SOLD OUT. The dress also features on-seam pockets. The look is perfect for a spring or summer wedding, but the jacquard fabric allows it to be versatile enough for a fall or winter wedding.

Just gotta say how much I love the pockets!

I am obsessed with pockets on dresses, too. It’s the first thing that I look for when I try on a dress. It must have pockets. It makes so convenient to carry little things.

The Nathalie gown is so cute! I like how they kept it simple with just the bit of detail around the top and the ruching in the bust.
I think the Turner dress would also be great for a winter wedding! The fabric looks substantial, and it could be “winterized” with a cute wrap or cardigan. So lovely!
And yes, pockets on dresses are amazing! Once in a while I would have my mom set in pockets on dresses for me. I find it amazing that they seem to only recently have dresses with pockets become more popular.

Okay, I just read my last sentence and it makes no sense! My coffee hasn’t kicked in!!
I meant to say that I find it amazing that only recently have dresses with pockets become popular. What a mouthful!

Christine, you’re too funny. I know what you mean about trying to type coherently early in the morning, especially on a Monday morning.
These dresses really are great. I especially love the price point on the Nathalie gown as J.Crew wedding gown prices have really sky-rocketed in the last year.
